Community First Services and Supports (CFSS)

Our CFSS program is designed to help individuals remain in their homes and participate actively in their communities. We provide flexible, personalized assistance that supports independence and well-being.

• Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Health-related tasks under nurse supervision
• Support for community participation and social activities
• Skills training for greater independence
